Stephen Spitzer, MD completed his medical school and ophthalmology residency training at SUNY Upstate Medical Center at Syracuse. After a fellowship with Cornea Consultants of Albany, he returned to Syracuse where he is a cornea, cataract and refractive surgeon with Eye Consultants of Syracuse and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at SUNY Upstate Medical Center.
